Opening Director of Human Resources
- Directed the full people and organisational pre-opening strategy for a new Cheval Blanc Maison from greenfield to opening.
- Led the development of departmental budgets, workforce cost planning, and operating frameworks in partnership with Finance and Operations.
- Established core SOPs, policies, and governance structures to ensure operational readiness, compliance, and brand consistency ahead of opening.
